Osoyoos Golf Club

When we’re looking for a day of golf in the south Okanagan, we often end up booking at Osoyoos Golf Club. This course is amazing because it offers two very unique 18-hole courses all in the same club. Having said this, we golf the Park Meadows course, which is the more forgiving of the two, and in cooler weather - rumour has it – quite walkable. We haven’t tried!

Desert Gold is the more difficult of the courses and does require a cart - especially in the summer months when it gets really hot. The scenery from either course reminds us of Palm Desert golfing with the magnificent mountain vistas and sage roughs cropping up just beyond well-manicured fairways. You get the picture. This is a well-priced club with lots of options for every golfer and a clubhouse to enjoy a refreshing brew and snack pre, or post-game.

Valley Vagabonds Inside Tip

Bring lots of golf balls for the Desert Gold and be wary of looking too far in the rough for lost ones, as this is where the snakes like to bake.
