Okanagan Rail Trail

Converting rails into trails….it’s not an easy process, but when amazing people and communities come together, anything is possible. The discontinued rail corridor between Kelowna and Coldstream will eventually become a magnificent 50km pathway meandering along spectacular lakeshores and landscape.

Access in Coldstream off Kick Willie Loop Road, or head to Kekuli Bay and jump on there. Just be aware that CN rail crews are working away, and there are some areas that are completely closed. It’s an onerous process, but totally worth the wait.

This video will give you a glimpse of some of the spectacular view along the trail.
