Gyro Beach

Located in Downtown Osoyoos, Gyro Beach is where we spent more than a few childhood days vagabonding the lakeside. Adjacent to the Channel Bridge, Gyro's a small and unpretentious beach that offers up a narrow strip of sand for sunbathers and a grassy area for picnickers.

A short walk to the north is Lion's Park complete with a floating pier where you can tie up the boat while you swap out guests. This can be a busy little pier as it provides good access to open waters and is free to the public.

Valley Vagabonds Inside Tip

This is a great family beach with plenty of access to downtown and a variety of EATS and SIPS stops. It’s also access friendly for those using strollers or wheelchairs to arrive.
