Ratio Coffee & Pastry

Located in the historic Vernon train station just off 30th Avenue, this trendy little coffee shop has the locals lining up to get their java fix. Using beans roasted on Vancouver Island, owner Andrew McWilliam started this treasure as a pop-up food cart before securing a permanent locale.

But coffee isn’t the only thing you’ll find at Ratio. Pastry Chef and owner Laurie Knuever uses state-of-the-art equipment to whip up tantalizing treats, including boutique donuts every Friday. These cream filled delights will get your mouth watering, but be sure to get there early as they often sell out before 10am! COVID 19 protocol in place.

Valley Vagabonds Inside Tip
