Olive Us

A multi-sensory experience, Olive Us pairs local Okanagan flavours with European sourced premium olive oils and delightfully infused balsamic vinegars. Their mission is to encourage people to play with their food as they linger over a well-planned meal, or impromptu picnic.

Served in their tasting rooms, visitors are transported to an experience that is rich in both history and health benefits. The high concentration of polyphenols in extra-virgin olive oil serve as a powerful antioxidant. Paired with one of their high quality barrel-aged condimento balsamic vinegars, you will elevate your game in the kitchen. COVID-19 protocols are in place.

Our favourite vinegar is White Balsamic Grapefruit, which we use liberally in our gin and soda cocktails. Dressed up with a sprig of rosemary or twist of lime, it makes for the perfect summer sipper.
