The Sprouted Fig all started with a cappuccino shortbread cookie. Matt and Angie Tumlinson have transformed what used to be a drive-thru coffee bar into a local favorite. 

EVERYTHING IS BAKED FRESH DAILY USING PREMIUM LOCAL INGREDIENTS WITH TRIED AND TRUE FAMILY RECIPES.

Each morning the couple makes bread for the day – hand molding each bun into a vessel destined to present the best sandwich toppings in the valley, in an artful display of goodness. They meticulously chop their vegetables and prepare the ingredients for their sought-after soups; and celebrate when their labours culminate in a glorious array of colors and aromas destined for your table.
