Serving the best Chinese food we’ve tasted (and we’ve tasted good Chinese Food!) this gem is located lakeside on Highway 97 between Peachland and Summerland. Authentic it’s not; western it is, plating ample servings of tangy ginger beef and crispy spring rolls from their well-populated menu. We visit frequently, but alas not by boat since they've moved.

Sam, the owner is a delight and the service is just plain hospitable. Portions are ample and fairly priced, which has earned Dragon Lotus the voted title of BC’s Best Chinese Food Restaurant many times over.

Make sure to have a Buddha Beer with your meal, and don’t forget to rub his generous belly as you make a wish for good fortune. You can leave your Buddha behind or take him with you.

We order the dinner for four and add Ginger Beef which means there will be lot’s of left overs to take home. The food is fabulous the next day too!
